A Welcome back to Paulo a Pé and Myriam from their Caribbean jaunt and a nod to Year of The Vietnamese Pot Belly Pig....An auspicious year endowing those piglets with a beautiful personality and good fortune.
We met around the Brass Band Tuba Player (Tubist?...Tubater?)
Our extremely thoughtful team leader, Hilke bought hand towels just in case we got submerged in the raging torrents of the Rio Algibre.
A beautiful start along the top of the Cerro Grande led us to some stunning views and a fairly steep descent...
Time for tone the drone
And back down to earth...before crossing the raging torrents of the Algibre...it's always prudent to recce.

The Meio de Leite was much appreciated in these wonderful pieces of ceramic...the tostas were so good that they were inhaled before anyone could take a picture...
